Is it safe to say that if a project acjhieves 60% improvement over ASHRAE 62.1 outdoor air ventilation rate that the project would be likely to receive an innovation credit if applied for?

This has been discussed on the LEEDuser Forums in theory, but I have not heard of an ID credit being awarded yet. I wouldn't say it is safe to assume. If you have the benefit of submitting Design and Construction credits separately, then I would suggest submitting this ID credit with the Design credits to get a pre-ruling. That way if you are rejected you can find another ID credit before the final submission.
