Healthcare-v4.1 EQc7:Daylight

Inpatient floors

Are inpatient floors excluded from the daylight calculations?  Or is the perimeter area to be determined for inpatient floors as well as non-inpatient floors and inlcude all perimeter area in the daylight calculations?
