MPR #6 modification

Hello, I've seen in leedonline for a recently registered project I'm working on that this form (PIf1) has been updated from version 4.0 to 5.0. In the version 5.0, there is no longer the option to use the Energy Star Portfolio Manager to get an Exemplary Performance. So, can the projects that have been registered before this change still be applying for this Exemplary Performance Point (EAc5.1)? To sum up, I think this change just applies for projects that are registered after the change, right? Thanks in advance.
