CS-v4.1 MRc5:Construction and Demolition Waste Management

Hello, 

For the Construction and Demolition Waste Management credit to validate option 2. Waste Prevention 
No more than 75 kg/m² should be produced, but is the reasoning for surface areas done in floor area or in gross floor area?
