NC-v4.1 EQp1:Minimum Indoor Air Quality Performance

Naturally Ventilated Spaces-Exhaust Airflow measurement Devices and CO2 Measurements

I am curious to know why mechanically ventilated spaces do not require using direct exhaust airflow measurement devices whereas naturally ventilated spaces do. And also, why do mechanically ventilated spaces dont require CO2 measurements.
