If pest management of interior/exterior plants is conducted by a separate vendor, do they have to comply with the IPM requirements?

No pesticides used during performance period

We are currently working on a project that used no pesticides during the performance period. In order to obtain the credit, are we only supposed to mention that if there is ever a need for pesticides, we would use the San Francisco Pesticide Hazard Screening List products? Thanks in advance for any advice

Hi Matt, I don't have experience with a situation like this, but it's hard for me to imagine it would be sufficient to earn the credit.The credit requires a plan with multiple components (see our guidance above). Your suggestion doesn't include all those components, such as univesal notification.
