Obtaining a Cx Plan and Project Drawings

I'm an undergraduate student at Florida Tech working with a group of professors to help commission the new net-zero energy alumni center on campus. My professors were curious if it's possible to get access to a Cx plan and the project drawings to farther breakdown what LEED is looking for in the report to gain credits.

I believe the better location for your question is LEED v4 O+M:EB Energy & Atmosphere prerequisite Existing Building Commissioning Implementation. That credit will have guidance and documentation that will help address your question.
