Option 2 and / or Option 3

Dear LEED Experts, 

I woud like to use Option 3 and Option 2 to achieve the maximum number of point and even an Exemplary level point. 

It is possible to combine "Option 2 and Option 3" together or is just limited to "Option 2 or Option 3" ?
