NC-2009 PIf3:Occupant and Usage Data

Owned or leased?

My project is a LEED NC 2009 building that is operated by a company different of the owner. I am just wondering if populating the PIf3 with "leased" will bring me problems during the review. Might the reviewer say that this should be a CS project?
