NC-2009 IEQp1:Minimum IAQ Performance

Parking garages area - ASHRAE 62.1

According to ASHRAE 62.1 the ventilation rate for the parking area needs to meet 0.75 CFM/sqft. My question is if the inside parking streets are included in the square footage for the calculation or should I include only the area of parking spots? Thanks,

Felipe, you should include the entire enclosed parking area, both spots and vehicle traffic aisles.
