Healthcare-v2009 SSc9.1:Connection to the natural world - places of respite

Place of respite for staff

It is not clear to me if the place of respite for the staff must also meet all the requirements listed in the credit. For instance, it does not make sense to me that space for wheelchairs must be provided in this area.
