NC-2009 PIf3:Occupant and Usage Data

Plumbing & electrical out buildings and Space Usage table

I have a building that has multiple separate enclosed buildings for electrical, fire tanks, and water tanks. Should these rooms be included in the building footprint square footage and in the Space Usage Table? Or, because they are separate buildings and do not meet the MPRs on their own, would they be excluded?

I think I have anwered my own question. See pg 26 of MPR Supplemental Guidance Rev2 under "Non-LEED certifiable building on site".
