We are designing an addition to a hospital. For the preferred parking caluclations do we use 5% of the entire campus parking or 5% of the parking that will be allocated to the addition?
We are providing no new parking within the LEED boundary. Can we provide preferred parking in order to achieve this credit that is outside of our LEED boundary?
