Quality Assurance

Can anyone help with the following LEED reviewer comment that we received. "Provide a description of Quality Assurance procedures, focusing on what will occur if model calibration is not initially achieved"

That sounds to me like the reviewer is combining two difference aspects of what should be in the M&V Plan. The first are the quality assurance procedures. This should be related to all aspects of data gathering and the calibration procedures. The second are usually referred to as corrective action. Basically what will you do if the predicted savings are not realized in the calibration. These would typically involve evaluating the building systems to find ways to further reduce the energy use.
