Our building is mostly residential. Must we provide showers and changing rooms for the nonresidential portion?

Racks for visitors in residential project

Hello, what would be the percentage required of racks for visitors in a residential project? and is there any specific requirement on branding for bike lanes inside a LEED campus project? Thank you!!!

Hi, per the LEED credit language (see above) there is no LEED requirement for bike racks for visitors.Regarding branding for bike lanes, I'm not sure what you mean. Do you mean signage?
