Requirements in Credit Compliance Guidance vs. Redline?

Starting to see more and more of this as we get deeper into recertifications. In the Recertification Guidance document, on page 17 (Credit Compliance Guidance section), performance requirements are to provide pesticide application logs for the most recent 25% of recertification performance period. On page 94 (Redline section) for the same credit, under performance it says "demonstrate that the IPM plan was implemented and maintained 100% of the time." I would typically default to the credit form for more definitive requirements, but in this case it doesn't really help one way or the other. I've noticed this with a few different credits, but this is the most glaring. Which documentation guidance are we expected to follow for a recertification? Do the contents of one section supersede the other? Thanks in advance!!

Hi - for this credit you should provide logs for the most recent 25% per page 17. This is confirmed on the recertification credit form which can be downloaded at http://www.usgbc.org/sampleforms/v3 by selecting Existing Buildings - Recertification from the dropdown.

Thanks Trista! I'm a little uneasy because my project is also using v06 forms, but I'm not even given the option of choosing initial certification vs. recertification (the "Certification Type" doesn't exist on the forms I'm looking at). Regardless, I'll go with 25% since that was my hunch anyway. Thanks again!
