CI-2009 EAp1:Fundamental Commissioning of Building Energy Systems

Tenant's Project Scope

I have a small office fit-out which is served by a 5 RTUs exclusively. In the tenant's scope of work is only the ductwork and lighting with lighting controls. Will the commissioning scope be just ductwork, lighting and lighting controls? Please let me know.

Sunayana, I would referene the LEED credit language above. Part of the answer to your question is in the systems required by LEED, and part is up to the Owner's Project Requirements.
