Terrazzo Sealer Question

What is the VOC limit for a Terrazzo Sealer? I'm a bit confused about which category it falls under (Sealer, Floor Coating, or other). Owner would prefer a high sheen product but wants to comply with LEED requirements. Any guidance would be appreciated.

I would suggest you submit this product, Under Rule 1113; Architectural Coatings: (60) WATERPROOFING SEALERS are coatings which are formulated for the primary purpose of preventing penetration of porous substrates by water. (61) WATERPROOFING CONCRETE/MASONRY SEALERS are clear or pigmented sealers that are formulated for sealing concrete and masonry to provide resistance against water, alkalis, acids, ultraviolet light, and staining.
