This credit form asks for 3 dates; earliest date of manufacture, latest date of manufacture, and test date or certification start date. When looking at the Greenguard Certificate of Compliance, the only date I see is the "period," which, for example may say 05/2007-05/2014. I am assuming this is the earliest and latest date of manufacture. What date do we use for the test date or certification start date? Is it the same as the earliest date of manufacture? Thanks for any help you can give to clarify.
