Typically we submit 0 transients (visitors) for our Army barracks LEED NC projects. This has been challenged by the reviewer. Are there "minimums" expected for transients, even on an Army base? Is there a default we should use for this residential project, or push back on the challenge? I can find other uses in CS Appendix 1, but not Residential. Thanks.
