Does anyone have a link to a concise list of the differences between 90.1-2007 and 90.1-2010?

If you search - comparison of 90.1-2007 to 90.1-2010 - you get some links to summaries of the changes. The Department of Energy does a study on the difference in relative stringency of the various versions of the standard which you can get from https://www.energycodes.gov/
