Healthcare-v2009 SSc7.2:Heat island effect - roof

Upper and lower roof

There is a small pump room designed on the roof top. In order to achieve 2 points ( 100%) the high albedo material should also be installed on the small pump roof and the remaining lower roof of the health care building? Thanks
