Why are the CI designated parking requirements in Cases 1 and & 2 Option 1 determined by a Full Time Equivalent of tenant space/building while for New Construction the requirements are simply a percentage of parking provided?

If a CI project occupies a building that has existing parking, but no designated parking to the tenant, can it pursue “no parking will be provided"?

My office is moving to a mixed use space so we will be SSc3 case 1, less than 75% of the building. We are trying to figure out how many parking spaces are required but cannot seem to be able to get a hold of the zoning office or find the answer online. Does any who has gone through this have any suggestions? -Thanks!

Jessica, it would really rely on local zoning, so it's hard to offer advice. Can you pay a visit to the zoning office?
