I have a client planning a complete fit-out of one of their retail spaces. The project is located in a resort in Las Vegas, which is attached to a Casino that allows smoking.

I have a project where the driver room and canteen, situated at the main gate, are not part of the LEED scope.

Hello, I am working on a publicly funded building in the state of Indiana. State law here prohibits smoking within 8 feet of a building.

Are there any work arounds for the Smoking Rooms especially for Airports in the Middle East?

We work on airports quite often and the location of these Airports are in the Middle East -- which everyone knows can be quite hot.

If the project has a building that has a rooftop lounge, allowing smoking is that allowed within the credit limits?
