Terrazzo?

CS-v4.1 EQc2:Low-Emitting Materials

I was under the impression that terrazzo could be counted as inherently non-emitting, but just received a review comment that it was not. I think I based it on the wording in v2009.

Should MDF base be documented in the Low-Emitting Materials flooring category like wall base, or in the composite wood category like subflooring?  I have seen MDF materials that meet the Forma
