According to ASHRAE 90.1, Is it mandatory to install occuppant sensors in electrical and mechanical rooms?

According to ASHRAE 90.1 / Section 9.4.1.2 , Do we have to install occupant sensor or a timer switch in electrical and mechanical rooms?
