Long-term vs. Short-term and combining the two

It seems like it would be, but it's not really clear...can long-term and short-term bicycle storage be in the same location.  So say 4 short-term spaces are required per the calculations, and

It doesn't seem like the credit requires evaluation of various HVAC systems (e.g. radiant heat vs forced air heat, packaged cooling vs split systems, etc.).

The LEED reference guide for this credit states that the LCA option can only be used on new buildings or extensions to existing buildings.

Turf Grass Flooring
