I am somewhat confused comparing the requirements of C&S and New Construction.

The Quick Reference table in the LEEDv4 Reference Guide BD+C says "yes, except WDC" for Exemplary Performance on this credit; however, when I go to the full credit explanation, Exemplary Performanc
