Lighting Boundary if property boundary abuts parking spaces off of a public roadway?

Hi, my project abuts a parking lot that is basically an expanded shoulder with spaces, directly off of a roadway.

If a project has a small area of contaminated soil, how should that be incorporated into the Waste Management and Erosion and Sedimentation Plan.

What happened to VOC content?

In the 2008 MFMR system, VOC content was under the material credit Environmentally Preferred Products. Now in v4 there is Low Emitting but it doesn't include VOC content just emissions.

For the Advanced Transportation Monitoring Systems pilot credit, do we need to count only people tracked through access control (turnstiles), or also visitors who just stay in the lobby or

Whether to just upload the Tables of contents for Fundamental Cx documentation review?

When a document is submitted for review, is it understood that only the tables of contents  needs to be uploaded, and the detailed document content does not need to be uploaded?
