We have a multiple building situation. The changing rooms of one of the buldings (named "P10") serves to the population of the entire campus.

Typically we submit 0 transients (visitors) for our Army barracks LEED NC projects. This has been challenged by the reviewer. Are there "minimums" expected for transients, even on an Army base?

How do I calculate FTE of hotel guests? I know have to do it during non-peak time of year and peak time of year. Also what do I do for visitors and transients?
