Hi everyone, we are pursuing the LEED Core & Shell certification for a Campus Project. We received the preliminary design review for the projects inside the LEED Campus Boundary.

If a bus servicing your LEED project connects to a bus transfer station (within 2 miles/10 min) of the project site.

For a military base project, the facility is connected to a campus shuttle with 20+ stops.

Hi, does any one know if there is any difference in a "shuttle" and a "private minibus"? Are these term interchangable?

Hi there! Our project is located within 1/2 mile walking distance of a subway station that serves multiple lines.

Our site is located in a new development that does not have public transit servicing it currently, but there are future plans to add a route here.

We have a situation where our site only has one bus line with a stop within 1/4 mile (though 2 other stops are within 1/2 mile). However, the one bus line is very frequent and runs all day.

Would a subway station seeking LEED certification be likely to receive Exemplary Performance for SSc4.1 by submitting a Comprehensive Transportation Management Plan?
