To achieve credit SSc4.4 we are using ITE study to determine the number of parking lots required.

Dear all, Our project is a synthesized building with office, shopping mall and residence. Only the part of the office will apply for the LEED certification.

We have a restaurant apply for LEED NC retail, We have the carpool parkings for both customers abd staffs.

A campus project we are working on is including (1) space designated specifically for a utility vehicle and (1) space for handicap accessibility.

We have a non-residential new construction campus project where the local authority has recommended 1028 spaces (no minimum or maximum).

Is it possible to achieve this credit if there is only 1 FTE? For example, how would you develop a carpool management plan?

Hotel project has total 287 parking spaces (35 for Hotel, 252 for Public). and maximum local parking space limit is 85 for Hotel. There is no any requirements for Public parking.

Our project is on a college campus and proposes to demolish an existing parking lot in order to construct a building addition.
