Hello, regarding my previous post I have one more doubt: having the building with a biomass system, in EAc1 when calculating the thermal energy do I have to use the local gas cost or the local biom

Dear All:- In our project we have Jute boiler in our project with 2.0 Ton capacity This boiler utilizes the Jute scrap but the scrap is collect fro nearest jute making stations As per ID-10300

Our project has a PV array which is leased by the building owner under a 20-year power purchase agreement. However, the agreed upon rate increases 2% each year during these 20 years.

Campus project (Master site) with 4 buildings

We have a campus project with 4 buildings. The client expects LEED Gold for all 4 buildings. LEED Design Review is complete, LEED Construction review has not begun.
