Hi all, We have an existing building built in the early 1900s with three 100% make up air units supplying fresh air with no exhaust.

The project is using VAV system and the total supply to each zone (Vdzd) accounts for both primary air and local recirculated air.

Our system has fan-powered VAV boxes. The first review comments required us to use 62MZ calc to account for local recirculation. But we have 120 AHUs and hundreds of zones.

I'm unclear if 10% of space can be exempted for this prerequisite. Could someone clarify this? We have a project where we have several retail spaces on the ground floor of an office high rise.

We are doing a project in which building is of office type and is having 75 AHUs and each AHU is serving one specific tenant area, means there are 75 tenant. Each tenant area is almost 10,000 SF.

We are working on an office project that is natural ventilated in whole. All occupied spaces fullfill the requirements for natural ventilation of ASHRAE 62.1.
