Does the cleaning audit have to be performed on vacant tenant spaces that are not being cleaned? The REduced occupancy guidance does not address this.

Should the audit be strictly performed by only two (2) individuals then average their scores? Or it can be three or more?

I am working with a client to identify which spaces in their building to audit and am curious if anyone has handled open workstations (i.e. cubes) differently than closed offices?

I am looking for guidance on how to count stairwells in the APPA Custodial audit. We have 3 stairwells, and 10 floors. Case A: Does each stairwell count as a single "room"?

The project is going for re-certification and in the previous certification, this credit was awarded. My client is again opting for a third party auditor.
