SF Screened Pesticide List

Bi-weekly Inspections - must be done by??

The Plan requires biweekly inpections: 'Visual inspections shall be performed at least 2 times per month, with treatment if necessary.

Hi All, Our client uses pesticides/chemicals in their facility, some are those that are commercially available or sold for household use, however the active ingredient is not present on the SF haz

Hello, Due to where the building is located (between fields), it seems we need to have these bait blocks (placed outside the buildings) used continuously or there is a problem.

International project - no EPA registration #'s

I am working on an international project and none of the pesticides used are EPA-registered. In the Pesticide Application Log, can this column can be left blank?
