We are working on a college campus and does anyone know if a college bookstore could count as retail? It is open to the general public.

Our team sees benefit to doing both, and making a deliberate effort to place energy-items into either the "audit" or "Cx" category (so we don't duplicate too much).

Support Buildings impact on Heat Island Effect

NC-2009 SSc7.1:Heat Island Effect—Non-Roof

We have a project with a support building with no FTEs, hence, it is not a certifiable building according to the MPRs and we will only be using it to count the materials waste management.
