Hallo, we are trying to pursue Option 3 1.We are encountering difficulties finding a provider to test a window assembly under ASTM-331.

We are currently working on a Core & Shell project where a single tenant will be occupying the entire building. That tenant is also going for LEED under Commercial Interiors.

We are pursuing the LEED EB O&M certification of our main campus and the paper product we purchase from Office Max is FSC Chain of Custody certified.

I recently challenged a LEED reviewers interpretation of the total material default value.

The documentation requires a composite STC of 50 between Office / Conference Room and Hallway / Stairway.

I am working on a LEED NC 2009 project, which is only to build a head office building which is located inside the factory / manufacturing facility (the owner decided to certify only for its office)

Our project is on Federal property that is not subject to local codes.

Does this credit apply for a building without any landscape/lawn, outdoor planters, or courtyard garden? Thanks.
