CS-2009 EAp2:Minimum Energy Performance

Our engineer used the net SF for this calculation instead of the gross SF which matches the PI forms. I know this will be a red flag, but does anyone know if this will be acceptable?

I have a major window supplier that is providing us FSC certified wood windows. They are charging us a $9,500 fee above and beyond the typical window cost for "FSC paperwork".

Is policy verbiage detailing the communication of no-smoking policy by signage strategically throughout a campus acceptable in place of actual drawings or photos?
