SF6 in MV switchgears - Any LEED limits?

Does the SF6 (Sulphur Hexafluoride) insulating gas used to quench the arc in electrical power equipment (MV switchgears) need to be taken into consideration under the EAc4?

the project is an office building development, the project proponent would like to leave the feasiblity of installing carpet to the tenants thus the floor will be concrete finish with raised floor

Hi, We purchased a Kenmore Refrigerator for our new office, which is pursuing LEED CI, and instead of it having an Energy Star sticker, it says it is EEV Rated.

MERV 13

Our building has existing MERV 8. The existing HVAC does not have the capability to to take MERV-13 filters. Can we get this credit if we have phase-out plan or need to replace all at once?
