Hi, we have a DOAS system in the design and our baseline system is Sys#8, VAV with fan power boxes. And the DOAS outdoor air is more than ASHRAE min ventilation requirement (more than 130%).

One of my teammates has raised a concern that we aren't eligible for this credit if plantings are located near the facade. I don't see any mention of that requirement in the credit language.

For submittal requirements in the USGBC Pilot Credit Library it lists that projects will need to provide:

We interpreted the intent of these two pilot credits (Safety First - Cleaning and Disinfecting; Re-enter Your Workplace) to be: provide a safe working environment during construction.
